How much and when toddlers eat can cause concern for you as a parent. You want them to grow and be healthy, which includes eating right. A few things you can do as a parent are to eat meals together as a family. You can also try new foods with different tastes, shapes and colors to interest your child. Try not to use food as a reward for being good or doing what you want your child to do. These steps can make mealtime fun, and help your child grow and learn.
